Homage to the horticultural tradition in Aldaia and to those people who have cared for this land over time. This work highlights the importance of valuing the richness and diversity of the market gardens, both as an agricultural space and as an anthropogenic landscape, while vindicating the need to maintain this traditional activity as an opportunity to achieve a sustainable future and to preserve the memory of a town closely linked to the land.
