A sculpture made of metal. The secret of this urban work is the sensitive, almost imperceptible windmill with three hemispheres (like anemometers) that crowns the piece. An element that lives with its almost perpetual movement of revolutions in the slightest breeze. Thus, when we look at the arrow pointing in the direction of the sirocco wind and see the windlass in motion, we perceive that there is a breeze blowing in this direction. Only in the unlikely event that the windmill stops, the vane would remain dead, pointing in the direction of the last wind. But when it is reborn in the lightest breeze, it revives and once again points out the iron milestones with the names of the nine main winds that affect the Valencian territory: mistral, ponente, gregal, levante, mediodía, tramontana, gregal, siroco and lebeche.
