Artwork: Wall beside the ravine

The 15×5 m mural is based on classical painting, reflecting the hands in Michelangelo’s “The Creation of Adam”. It incorporates more modern technology by integrating the digital watch, as well as dealing with society’s use and abuse of new technologies, especially social networks, in their relationships and personal contacts. They wanted their artwork to be exhibited to the public on an ongoing basis or for as long as the painting lasts. They also wanted to create a piece that would attract attention and make people think a little.
The collaboration arose from a final project for the master’s degree course in professional illustration taught at the Barreira art school in Valencia.
