It is a tribute to the fashion designer Carlos Haro, born in Aldaia in 1972. The work is inspired by the choirs of Renaissance angels and virgins in the basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken in Valencia.
In this work, Plati evokes the elegant, dynamic and glamorous women of the Aldaia designer’s creative universe. Carlos Haro completed his studies in Applied Arts and Artistic Trades, specialising in fashion design, at the Official School of Valencia. Having received numerous awards in fashion competitions, he has presented his collections at Pasarela Cibeles Madrid Novias, at the International NoviaEspaña-Barcelona Bridal Week and at the Valencia Fashion Week, in addition to other international contributions such as his work for Swarovski or Lladró. Present in the USA, Russia, China, France, Italy and Germany. With the philosophy of recovering the value and flavour of good old-fashioned tailoring, and bringing the Haute Couture spirit closer to the present day, Carlos Haro stands out in the world of fashion with a personal and eminently creative proposal. He began his career in 1999 creating his haute couture atelier and in 2001 he opened the doors of his Prêt-à-Porter dressmaking workshop. HE specialises in party and bridal gowns for women.
